Born and raised on the Central Coast, James knows the communities he serves because they're the same communities he grew up around. My old water softener system stopped working and based on a positive review I saw online, I contacted James Price of JP Coastal Plumbing. James came out promptly to assess the situation. After determining that repairing my existing system would not make economic sense, he recommended a new system. He provided me with three options at various price points. All quotes were fair and reasonable, and included all parts and full installation, including disposal of my old unit. I chose the best of the three options and within days, the equipment arrived (it had to be shipped from out of town) and was then installed. James took his time with installation and was meticulous in his installation. He also took time to explain what he was doing and why, to make sure I understood how things worked. I couldn't be more pleased. The system is working great and I highly recommend him.

James did a great job. Was on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently, very professional and conscientious. He'll let you know if he see what could be potential problems and will give you the reasons why and recommendations for repair yet hes not pushy. I have future projects for the house and James will be the first one I call.

James rescued us when we found ourselves with a plumbing emergency on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. We called him and he picked up the phone, was at our house 20 minutes later and solved our problem within an hour. He came back the next week and fixed some plumbing in our master bath shower. James was reliable, competent and great to work with!
